Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps incorporates no shifting elements that come into contact with the product. It has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or exchange.
Bredel hose pumps also remove the need for ancillary gear such as dry run safety, seal water flush techniques and in-line examine valves. A hose change takes solely minutes and can be performed in-situ without special instruments or skilled personnel.
The pumped fluid is completely contained in a long-life hose, defending operation and maintenance personnel and the setting from unwanted spillages or publicity to chemicals. Flow is totally independent of suction and discharge conditions. pressure gauge ดิจิตอล is precision machined to make sure move stability and pump performance in robust fluid dealing with functions.
These industrial pumps achieve move charges up to 475 GPM, transferring up to 80% solids in suspension.
