Our GP-Series foam pumps are of all bronze and stainless-steel building, embody a run-dry feature with separate timing gears and oil lubrication (no grease fittings), mechanical seals (no lip seals), and four life-time sealed bearings. Foam pumps are available from one hundred fifteen LPM to 1,890 LPM ranging as much as 20 BAR. UL® listed foam pumps are available from one hundred fifteen to 750 LPM with reduction valves as commonplace. The GP500 foam pump has unmatched performance in the fireplace trade – excellent for foam tanker and foam transfer installations. PTO, electric, hydraulic and engine-driven with motor mounts are also available.
Foam pump skid units at the second are obtainable with either electric motor or diesel engine drives in numerous mixtures with optional electronic controllers. These items are engineered for every customer’s requirements and efficiency.
Building your own system

Trident now provides the FOAMATE™ BP Series Product Line. It is made up of components required to construct a Balanced Pressure Foam System which counterpoint our GP-Series Foam Pumps. Utilizing pressure gauge and performance knowledge supplied by the truck builder, our team can configure a gaggle of merchandise that can enable for a cheap and easy-to-operate system with handbook controls for your fireplace suppression wants requiring a foam answer.
These products can be configured to work with a wide variety of engine, transmission, hearth pump, foam pump and drive type combos.
Foam Solution flow charges range from 2,000 LPM by way of 13,000 LPM and are appropriate with any Class B foam focus.
A typical installation would include a GP-Series foam pump along with ratio controllers, balancing valve, metering valve, warmth exchanger, ball valves, check valve and duplex gauge.
Ratio Controllers are sized at 50mm / 750 LPM Flow, 65mm / 1200 LPM Flow, 75mm / 2350 LPM Flow, 100mm / 1600 LPM Flow, 150mm / 13000 LPM Flow. All piping connections are Victaulic™ for ease of set up.
