Three new N-Eupex couplings and optimised flexible elements

Flender is expanding the portfolio of its versatile coupling collection N-Eupex by introducing three new types. The new merchandise enable users further flexibility of their systems with out dropping the compact design and excessive load capacity of a pin coupling.
The new N-Eupex ERN is provided with a torque limiter, which supplies much more
safety within the drivetrain in many functions. The coupling variant allows customers to
specify a maximum torque so that important torques for the motor and output machine
aren’t transmitted. Machines and systems are protected from overload and
injury, thus considerably increasing system availability.
With the N-Eupex B plus clamping component, Flender introduces a second new
coupling that ensures frictionally engaged clamping connections. In this case, the
plain, cylindrical machine shaft end is related to the coupling hub through a clamping
connection and not utilizing a feather key and repair capacity is elevated. For instance,
