Industrial Flow Solutions to acquire Italy’s Dreno Pompe

A portfolio firm of private equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is residence to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, as properly as Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as equipment required for set up. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are utilized in residential, municipal and industrial purposes, including development and shipbuilding. The company’s Compatta and GRIX product lines are for home and residential wastewater needs whereas the Kappa line is a series of development pumps for abrasive materials.
Dreno’s Emiliano Conforto and Fabiana Conforto will proceed to serve as operating leader and business and administrative leader, respectively. The Dreno name will continue and its manufacturing facility will stay in the Veneto region of Italy.
