The Swiss engineering group, which has already significantly decreased its enterprise actions in Russia, said a gross sales process will start immediately.
In a statement, Sulzer stated that the board regrets the need of this decision “but after careful evaluation of the possible options, concludes that it’s the best solution for all of the stakeholders.”
The company stated it’s fully dedicated to continuing to assist its 300 workers in Russia by way of the process.
