US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 workers.

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly sixty five places throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
