A portfolio firm of private equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is residence to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, as properly as Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as equipment required for set up.
